30 days, no questions asked
If Ambrel isn’t for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of buying it. You don’t need to give a reason. The same goes for renewals.
How to ask
Paddle, our reseller, handles refunds. Find your order at paddle.net with the email you bought it with, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. If you’d rather, contact us through our support form and we’ll sort it out with them.
The money goes back to the payment method you used. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
What happens to the license
A refund revokes the license it paid for, on every Mac. Ambrel goes back to read-only the next time it checks in online. Your library stays exactly where it is, and you can still browse, search, copy and export everything in it.
Refunding a renewal undoes that extra year of updates; the license itself stays active.
After 30 days
Contact us through our support form and tell us what happened. We’ll look at it fairly. And this policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, never instead of them.
